1. Using Yummy Language
These terms apply when you access the website, create an account, or use the learning tools. By using Yummy Language, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate account information, keep your password secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Accounts may not be sold, shared commercially, or used to bypass service limits.
3. Learning content
The course is provided for educational purposes. We work to keep explanations, translations, and pronunciation useful and accurate, but language has context and variation. Yummy Language does not guarantee a particular examination result, proficiency level, or outcome.
4. Paid plans
When paid plans are available, the price, renewal period, included features, taxes, and cancellation terms are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by the checkout provider. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Refund requests can be sent to support@yummylanguage.com.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- interfere with service security or availability;
- access another person's account or data without permission;
- automate excessive requests, scrape the course, or resell its content;
- upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material;
- use the service in a way that violates applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
The website, course structure, original lesson content, design, and software are owned by or licensed to Yummy Language. Your account grants a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service. You retain rights in profile information and other material you provide.
7. Availability and termination
We may change, maintain, or discontinue parts of the service and may suspend accounts that create a security risk or materially violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and ask for account deletion.
8. Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, Yummy Language is not liable for indirect loss or for interruptions outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these terms when the product or law changes and will publish the current version here.
